Normal check-out time is 11.00am, but if you would like to stay in your room till 2pm, please ask about a late check-out. We’ll always do our best to help and if available a £10 supplement will apply.At the time of booking we will ask for a credit card to guarantee your stay, but we normally won’t make any charges on this card until the stay. On certain key dates, we may ask for advance payment for your stay, but we will let you know about this when you make your booking.

We do accept all major debit and credit cards, but we’re sorry we cannot accept cheques as payment.

We understand that plans need to change sometimes and as long as you cancel your booking before 12noon on the day before you are due to arrive; there will be no charge. Bookings cancelled after this time will be charged for the first night’s stay as will now shows.

We may operate a minimum 2 night stay restriction at weekends and peak dates.

Pets – we’re sorry but we are only able to accept working dogs.
